DESCRIPTION:
Halloween folk art spooky snail with an owl standing on its shell! This is a paper clay piece. Measures 5.5 inches tall and 4.5 inches wide. Gorgeous, vibrant Halloween colors. The spooky snail has glossed-up eyes, a really spooky mouth, and two cute antennae. Standing on the snails shell is a black and orange accent owl. The owl has two glass eyes, striped legs, and attached to his one wing, a green Halloween candy bucket. This piece took four days from start to finish. Might be my fav of all time...

I am a long-time artist of over 30 years in the same medium of clay art. My background includes thousands of these characters, all unique and one-of-a-kind pieces. ARTWORK:
All artwork is original. Each piece starts as a sketch, then I create an armature. I add clay; the clay is then processed and painted with layers of paint. None of the pieces I create are reproduced. All artwork on this site and in my Etsy shop is one-of-a-kind. Each piece is hand signed with my signature and year made. I use artist-grade paints, stain, and a touch of beeswax. Always buy directly from me so you know it's a Janell Berryman original.
SHIPPING:
Each piece is carefully wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts. Shipping same day if possible or the following morning. I am west coast.
