DESCRIPTION:
Rare piece! This fellow was made from paper clay. Santa stands 6.5 inches tall. He wears his traditional style clothing and holds a small Christmas candy charm made from clay. Check out the painted eyes, the multiple layers of red on his clothing, and the homemade, unique snowy base. Again, it's been a few years since I've made a Santa out of paper clay. It reminded me of how much I love the look.

I am a long-time artist of over 30 years in the same medium of clay art. My background includes thousands of these characters, all unique and one-of-a-kind pieces. ARTWORK:
All artwork is original. Each piece starts as a sketch, then I create an armature. I add clay; the clay is then processed and painted with layers of paint. None of the pieces I create are reproduced. All artwork on this site and in my Etsy shop is one-of-a-kind. Each piece is hand signed with my signature and year made. I use artist-grade paints, stain, and a touch of beeswax. Always buy directly from me so you know it's a Janell Berryman original.
SHIPPING:
Each piece is carefully wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts. Shipping same day if possible or the following morning. I am west coast.
