DESCRIPTION:
Thought it would be fun to create a small Halloween scene. This one features a cute little girl dressed in a witch costume and next to her is a cute Cyclopes monster with one glass eye. They watch the caldron boil with something peeking out. yikes! The witch girl holds a silver painted spoon and the base is crackled.
Measures 3 inches tall and 2.75 inches across.

All artwork is hand painted with layers of paint, sealed with stain and a light coating of beeswax. Each character starts off as a sketch then I build an armature. I add clay, the clay is processed then painted with layers of paint. None of the pieces I create are reproduced. All artwork on this site and my Etsy shop are one-of-a-kind pieces.

I am a long-time artist of over 20 years in the same medium of clay art. My background includes thousands of these characters all unique and one-of-a-kind pieces. Past successful reproduction line with companies Enesco and Dept 56. Holiday shows from 2003 - current. As of 2023 I'm a licensed artist for Transpac giftware.
ARTWORK:
All artwork is original, signed and dated. Each character starts off as a sketch. I then build an armature and then the sculpting begins. Once ready for paint, I apply top grade acrylics, stain and a light coating of wax.
SHIPPING:
Each piece is carefully wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap and packing peanuts. Shipping same or next day priority mail or when direct pay clears. Depending on how you purchase.
