DESCRIPTION:
6.25 inches tall. Really adorable Christmas folk art style Santa Claus who was painted in a pretty light teal with lots of white polka dots. The trim on his hat, collar and shoes is textured! In one hand is a tiny snowman charm. This Santa has wire painted and sealed legs that were mounted onto a wood mound base.
I included a group photo of two penguins because they are rather cute with this Santa. This listing is ONLY for the Santa.

All artwork is hand painted with layers of paint, sealed with stain and a light coating of beeswax. Each character starts off as a sketch then I build an armature. I add clay, the clay is processed then painted with layers of paint. None of the pieces I create are reproduced. All artwork on this site and my Etsy shop are one of a kind pieces.

I am a long time artist of over 20 years in the same medium of clay art. My background includes thousands of these characters all unique and one of a kind pieces. Past successful reproduction line with companies Enesco and Dept 56. Holiday shows from 2003 - current.
ARTWORK:
All artwork is original, signed and dated. Each character starts off as a sketch. I then build an armature and then the sculpting begins. Once ready for paint, I apply top grade acrylics, stain and a light coating of wax.

Each piece is carefully wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap and packing peanuts. Shipping same or next day priority mail or when direct pay clears. Depending on how you purchase.
