Spring time bee and flower painted in teal. This is a petite piece that measures 5.5 inches tall. The base is wood and measures just 1.5 inches across. The flower and bee's legs are extra long with lots of strips. The bee has long wire antenna. Wings were painted with a mica pearl paint. Fun base with grass and flower patterns.

I am a long time artist of over 20 years in the same medium of clay art. My background includes thousands of these characters all unique and one of a kind pieces. Past successful reproduction line with companies Enesco and Dept 56. Holiday shows from 2003 - current.
ARTWORK:
All artwork is original, signed and dated. Each character starts off as a sketch. I then build an armature and then the sculpting begins. Once ready for paint, I apply top grade acrylics, stain and a light coating of wax.
SHIPPING:
Each piece is carefully wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap and packing peanuts. Shipping same or next day priority mail or when direct pay clears. Depending on how you purchase.
