Christmas collage shadow box gingerbread house and gingerbread girl! This fun Christmas shadow box measures 9 x 9 inches and 1.5 inches deep. Inside the frame is a cute gingerbread girl with frosting top, mini candy buttons and candy cane in hand. The gingerbread house has candy cane roof trim, icing on the chimney, candy cane door accent and a few candy pieces. The painting is acrylic and sealed with a matte varnish. The box itself is wood with glass insert. Its READY to hang!

All artwork is hand painted with layers of paint, sealed with stain and a light coating of beeswax. Each character starts off as a sketch then I build an armature. I add clay, the clay is processed then painted with layers of paint. None of the pieces I create are reproduced. All artwork on this site and my Etsy shop are one of a kind pieces.

I am a long time artist of over 20 years in the same medium of clay art. My background includes thousands of these characters all unique and one of a kind pieces. Past successful reproduction line with companies Enesco and Dept 56. Holiday shows from 2003 - current.
ARTWORK:
All artwork is original, signed and dated. Each character starts off as a sketch. I then build an armature and then the sculpting begins. Once ready for paint, I apply top grade acrylics, stain and a light coating of wax.
SHIPPING:
Each piece is carefully wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap and packing peanuts. Shipping same or next day priority mail or when direct pay clears. Depending on how you purchase.
